After my most recent experience with the Dan Charles Agency, I felt compelled to write to you. I can’t say enough about the team at the Dan Charles Agency. Our relationship with the Dan Charles Agency began with insurance on our first home over 25 years ago and thereafter we added life and auto insurance. With three kids and 5 cars, it was no easy task to keep rates low … not to mention how often we pass vehicles from parent to kid and kid to kid, but my agent ALWAYS found the highest discounts and the lowest rates quoted fast and with a smile.
My most recent experience came when I read about parents whose daughter died shortly after graduating from college. They had co-signed for her student loans and are now overwhelmed with grief and the unexpected debt. It was something we hadn’t considered; so, of course, I called my agent the very next day to get her insight as to what options we had … and she again had quotes to me within minutes. Fast, friendly, one-stop shopping … can’t ask for more!

On July 29th 2014 I received a call from my wife (newlyweds in May) at 4:40 pm. She was at her insurance agency trying to get a copy of proof of insurance for her vehicle and she was informed they had dropped her insurance because she didn’t respond to a letter they had sent her regarding other driver’s in our household. They never tried to call her or warn her, they just cancelled her and informed her to get insurance again she would have to go in the high risk pool.
I immediately called Rob at the Dan Charles agency and explained to him what was going on. By 5:20 the same afternoon (which is after normal closing time) my wife had proof of insurance and coverage.
